Alessandro Minichilli

Full professor at the Department of Management and Technology and Director of Research, "Claudio Demattè" Corporate and Financial Institutions Division, SDA Bocconi. Since 2019, he has also been Director of the Corporate Governance Lab of SDA Bocconi, and of the SDA eSG Lab. He was Visiting Professor at WI-FU - Witten Institute for Family Firms, Witten / Herdecke University (Germany) in the period 2013-2017. Director of the MSc degree since 2016. Member of the editorial board of Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Family Business Review, Corporate Governance: an International Review, Journal of Management & Governance.
