Mario Amore

Full Professor at the Department of Management and Technology, Bocconi University.

Research Affiliate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), Research Member at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and Board Member at the International Corporate Governance Society (ICGS).

He works in the field of corporate governance and family businesses. He is also interested in the interactions between finance, strategy and innovation and the behavioural aspects of corporate decision-making. He is Associate Editor of Management Science and Journal of Corporate Finance.

PhD from Copenhagen Business School and Master of Science in Economics from Bocconi University.
