Full Professor at the Department of Management and Technology of the Bocconi University. Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University. PhD in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University. PhD in Entrepreneurship and management from Jönköping International Business School, Sweden. Visiting scholar at the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, from 2001 to 2003. Director of the two-year MSc from 2005 to 2010, and of the three-year CLEAM from 2013 to 2019. Vice-Chair of the Family Firm Institute from 2017 to 2021.
