Bocconi University, the most important Business School in Italy and 12th in the world according to the Financial Times world ranking of MBA 2021, is among the most important Italian universities by volume of research spending.
Since its foundation in 2004, the AIDAF-EY Chair has focused its research on the topic of family business and entrepreneurship, contributing to the publication of articles, books and case studies and to the organization of international conferences and workshops. Between 2004 and 2020, its researchers published around 70 articles in international journals.
The Chair's team is made up of researchers with international experience and a relevant curriculum of publications; some are members of the editorial board of important national and international journals, such as Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Family Business Review, Journal of Corporate Finance and Management Science.
The AIDAF-EY Chair is a member of the IFERA (International Family Enterprise Research Academy) and of the FBN (Family Business Network) and is involved in numerous research projects promoted and / or financed by Bocconi University, by public institutions such as the Ministry of Education, University and Research and local Chambers of Commerce or private companies such as Unicredit, Ernst & Young, London Stocks Exchange Group, Spencer Stuart.
