Full Professor of Business Strategy and Chairholder of the AIDAF - EY Chair in Family Business Strategy. Senior lecturer in the Strategy Area of SDA Bocconi. Member of the editorial board of Journal of Management Studies and of the research applied board of Family Business Review. Fellow of IFERA (International Family Enterprise Research Academy) and ICRIOS (The Invernizzi Center for Research on Innovation, Organization, Strategy and Entrepreneurship). In 2020, he was one of 13 academics on Family Capital's “The Family 100 Influencers” list.
