Top management turnover in Italian family businesses: threat or opportunity?
The XV edition of the AUB Observatory (AIDAF, UniCredit, Bocconi), in addition to presenting the recent evolution of the economic-financial performances of all Italian family businesses with a turnover exceeding 20 million euros, aims to analyze the evolution of the successions at the top that have occurred in the last decade, in terms of: i) diversity (in terms of age, familiarity and gender) of the incoming and outgoing CEO; ii) impact on growth and profitability; iii) impact on sustainability performance. Furthermore, an in-depth study will be carried out on the sustainability reports of listed companies.
