Confindustria Basilicata, in collaboration with Ernst & Young, Lucano 1894 and AIDAF - Italian Family Business, is promoting the event dedicated to ‘The management of company liquidity and family assets. Governance, protection and opportunities for entrepreneurs’ to be held on 1 February at the Essenza Lucano Business Museum, with accreditation operations starting at 9.30 am.

The work is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. After the welcome greetings of the CEO of Amaro Lucano, Francesco Vena, there will be introductions by Domenico Lorusso, president of the Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori di Basilicata, Massimo Meloni, partner EY and Chiara Pirrone, Director EY, and Giovanni Gregori, executive director AIDAF.

This will be followed by a round table moderated by Mario Benedetto - journalist and Luiss professor - with speeches by Michele Mirabella and Chiara Pirrone, Director EY and Fabio Quarato, professor at Bocconi University.

There will be a Q&A section, which will be followed by a testimony of generational transition from the Vena family, owner of Lucano 1894 and Luca Pancirolli, chairman Lucano 1894.

The conclusions will be entrusted to Francesco D'Alema, vice president of Confindustria Basilicata with responsibility for Tax and Business Law, Credit and Finance.
