Family Firms: no country for young people

From the XIII Edition of the AUB Observatory on Italian family firms (supported by AIDAF (the Italian association of family firms) Bocconi, Angelini Foundation and Unicredit), emerged that very few family enterprises have at least one member of the Board of Directors (BoD) who is under 40 years old.
