Values, principles and mechanism of responsible ownership

Second generation of the family-owned company Cereal Docks Group, an industrial group active in agro-food primary processing for the production of ingredients for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, animal nutrition, technical and energy industries. The company was founded in 1983 by Mauro Fanin and his cousin Paolo.

The open seminars, within the Strategic Management of Family Business degree course, are held by Guido Corbetta, Daniela Montemerlo and Paolo Morosetti. The aim is to offer students, family business members and professionals the opportunity to discuss cases and topics with testimonials from family owners and institutions that support the continuity of family businesses.
