Family businesses can play a crucial role in achieving social goals in different areas such as education or health. A foundation or philanthropic fund can become the main instrument through which a family or a business pursues a value strategy.

The open seminars, within the Strategic Management of Family Business degree course, are held by Guido Corbetta, Daniela Montemerlo and Paolo Morosetti. The aim is to offer students, family business members and professionals the opportunity to discuss cases and topics with testimonials from family owners and institutions that support the continuity of family businesses.
