The generational transition is one of the most delicate moments for a family business and must be carefully planned. It is in fact the result of a real process during which certain family and business balances must be preserved.

The open seminars, within the Strategic Management of Family Business degree course, are held by Daniela Montemerlo and Paolo Morosetti. The aim is to offer students, family business members and professionals the opportunity to discuss cases and topics with testimonials from family owners and institutions that support the continuity of family businesses.
