Learning and Practicing Longevity. Lessons from Ten Exemplary European Business Families 

What are the longevity factors that enable family businesses to survive over time? What values and knowledge enable them to remain competitive? To answer these questions, a number of successful business stories that have been able to ensure continuity despite constant changes will be analysed.

The open seminars, within the Strategic Management of Family Business degree course, are held by Daniela Montemerlo and Paolo Morosetti. The aim is to offer students, family business members and professionals the opportunity to discuss cases and topics with testimonials from family owners and institutions that support the continuity of family businesses.
