The meeting will be an opportunity to delve into the history and strategies of this family business, founded in Genoa in 1856 by Giobatta Preve on his return from Argentina. The inauguration of the Riso Gallo brand dates back to 1943. Riccardo Preve decided to launch canned rice in Argentina by marking the different qualities of rice. The first-grade rice was marked with a rooster.
The open seminars, as part of the degree course in Strategic Management of Family Business, are held by Daniela Montemerlo and Paolo Morosetti The aim is to offer students, family business members and professionals the opportunity to discuss cases and topics with testimonials from family owners and institutions that support the continuity of family businesses.
